其实用点儿心不难发现,这种表现手法在中国的日用品上很常见。一些平常的、或者不相关的事物,只要有个好说法,就会被用上。

If you observe carefully enough, this way of expression is quite common. Take some common or unrelated things to make them imply some good wishes.

Foreigners might not understand what it says, but it is easy to explain in an example. For example, bats symbolize good fortune in traditional Chinese customs, for 蝠(bat) and 福(good fortune) in Chinese are homophonic.
