I've only attended NCRCLS. They have four conversation classes for adults, CV0-CVIII. They also offer lots of classes for children (the main focus of the school).

Carolina Chinese Academy is another immersion school for kids in Raleigh. Though, I don't know anything else about it.

Wow man I never knew this (living in Greensboro NC)! It would be nice if UNCG had a program pertaining to Chinese. Thanks for this information I'll look it up now
