Meaning of 為而為之?

Anyone know how to translate 為而為之? Some examples about what I'm talking about:

那属我不得已而为之的事情

明知不可為而為之! 你們的出席令一切變美, 謝謝

勿以恶小而为之，勿以善小而不为。

I'll give it a try.

而 = but / therefore

为之 = do it / be this way (为 = do / be; 之 = a certain action or state)

那属我不得已而为之的事情 = That is a type of thing that I could not but do.

明知不可為而為之! = You clearly know that you should not do it, but you do it (anyway)!

勿以恶小而为之，勿以善小而不为。 = Do not do something because the harm is small. Do not avoid doing something because the benefit is small.

dont put 為而為之 together, it should be 不可為/而/為之,不能做/但是/(還是)做了
