The official name is 必应, which comes from the phrase 有求必应
It also accurately describes their strategy in the search market - 必需应付. You only have to look at things like Google Wave (which was announced on the same day) to see Google is still innovating, whereas Microsoft is left to just react to what the major players in the market are doing.

yeah, many of the sites have funny texts. I also like "maintenance of a non-technical nature" (非技术性维护)

and the question what kind of maintenance that could be is also answered:
