Ajhuk Posted June 17, 2009 at 08:31 PM Report Posted June 17, 2009 at 08:31 PM Hi everyone! I am currently studying in Munich and am working on a project about blog censorship in China and the affect it has on those living in China. I have made a questionnaire, but have not gotten enough responses to start writing my project yet. And it is due, well very soon! It would be great if I could get some replies within the next 2 days! Thanks! Amina BLOGS IN CHINA SURVEY (Send to: aminajhuk@gmail.com) Age: Sex: Nationality: Current residence: 1. Do you own a blog? If yes, for what use (online diary, journalism, political views, etc)? 2. Are you aware of Internet censorship in mainland China? 3. What censorship rules exist? 4. Are you affected by this censorship as a blogger? (If yes, how?) 5. What taboos exist in every day internet use? 6. Are there any words, phrases, or images that are not allowed to be published on blogs? 7. Do you or others around you notice a difference in internet use? Does it bother you? 8. Have you heard of the Great Fire Wall? What is its use? 9. Do you think anything should be changed concerning Chinese Internet use (censorship, taboos, etc)? Quote
AxelManbow Posted June 18, 2009 at 08:35 AM Report Posted June 18, 2009 at 08:35 AM (edited) While quite a few people here have blogs, you might also do well to contact the China blogging community - sites like this aggregate blogs, and could elicit a better response. Plus, you didn't specify the language of the blogger, this would make a big difference. Last, I think some questions are a non-relevant. Read this blog as a good primer: rconversation.blogs.com/ - the issues are complex. Edited June 18, 2009 at 09:29 AM by gougou Repaired link Quote
