As it is a long time ago and my memory isn't that good: a question for Hong Kong and/or Guangdong people. There is a breakfast dish (wide, flat noodles in soy sauce), what is it called in cantonese "cheong fan" or something?

Way back in the '60s and '70s there used to be sweet 肠粉 which was brown color and I believe that they put sugar cane in it.

Now hardly any restaurant or roadside eateries make this kind of sweet 肠粉 any more.
