pronunciation of "ruan"

I dont know about you guys but I have a hell of a job pronouncing the word for soft "ruan" in perfect Beijing accent.

I can never work out whether to mix in a "zh" or try to say it completely with a "rrrr" sound.

"Ruan" is one hell of a hard word to say in perfect beijing accent !!!
