seeking apt. Yanchang area, Shanghai university

Considering attending Shanghai university, Yanchang campus. Curious what's available in this area for rentals. If there are plenty of apt buildings, high rises in this area. Will not stay in dorms.

I'm on a budget, just need a simple, clean place, prefer 1bedroom unit, small living area, small kitchen ok.

Ideally walk to campus.

Not familiar with SH at all so i dont know what the Yanchang area is like.
