zerolife Posted July 28, 2009 at 03:55 PM Report Posted July 28, 2009 at 03:55 PM My speaking is extremely fluent so I'm only looking for something that helps me with reading (i'm at about intermediate level). Based on what I've read so far on this forum, Mnemosyne / SRS / flashcard is my best choice however I would prefer something online for personal reason. I came across Yellowbridge flashcard and was wondering if anyone would recommend it. Can I assume it's a SRS system like Mnemosyne? Quote
renzhe Posted July 28, 2009 at 06:30 PM Report Posted July 28, 2009 at 06:30 PM I don't know much about Yellowbridge software, but I know that Anki has an online version, and that's one of the most popular and trusted SRS programs around. Plenty of decks available too, and it can load Mnemosyne decks, and there are plenty of those too. Quote
zerolife Posted July 29, 2009 at 01:55 PM Author Report Posted July 29, 2009 at 01:55 PM thanks renzhe for the suggestion. I just realized that both Anki and Mnemosyne can run from a USB drive. That works for me too . These programs look much better than Yellowbridge Quote
