Guoke Posted August 3, 2009 at 06:01 AM Report Share Posted August 3, 2009 at 06:01 AM You are not allowed to hang your washing out in the corridor. 3 points will be deducted from you for doing so.
skylee Posted August 3, 2009 at 06:08 AM Report Share Posted August 3, 2009 at 06:08 AM It is a notice posted by the property management office of Lung Hang Estate in Hong Kong. It reminds tenants of the public housing estate of the "Marking Scheme for Estate Management Enforcement", in which "drying clothes in public areas" (including corridors and their balustrades) is a misdeed and is subject to allotment of 3 points. Tenants who have accumulated 16 points or above in 24 months will have their tenancies terminated. The notice then asks for tenants' cooperation. Take a look at this webpage for more information -> http://www.housingauthority.gov.hk/en/residential/prh/tenancymatters/markingscheme/0,,,00.html
