anyone able to translate this seal mark on the bowl.

It not in any books i have.

unfortunately it is very badly damaged and estimate it to be Xianfeng / Guangxu period?

, which i think is true, it means toilet articles made by a clan whose surname is Jiang. In ancient China the artisans have a custom to print this on the bottom of the potteries in order to indicate the producers, just like the brands we have today~

蔣氏籨具is an ancient form and can be translate into a modern one, 蒋氏奁(lian 2)具.
