In Japanese, it's the abbreviation of 援助交際 (enjo kōsai) "schoolgirl prostitution", "dating with compensation (payments, financial support, etc..." Baidu Baike puts the blame for 援交 squarely on Japan, but it's quite common on the Chinese-language Internet (and my brief search turned up a very recent use in connection to one of those "nubile models" that crashed the Hong Kong book fair).
