Blogging in Xi'an?

Hello everyone.

I am leaving for a year of CSC study at Xi'an Jiaotong University in about a week. I have been planning to keep a blog while in school there and have gotten it all set up and now I suddenly had the thought that maybe it will be blocked by the firewall and I won't be able to access it and edit it while over there.

Is there anyone in Xi'an or even somewhere in that general area who would be willing to take a look and see if it opens for me? PM me if you can check it out. I would really appreciate it. If it doesn't work I will have to find another host for the blog.

If you just tell us what blog provider you are using, we probably already know the answer without having to look at your blog in particular.

It is a domain name I got myself. That is why I need someone to check. http://aren.labianca.org. I imagine it should be fine, but it would be frustrating to get there and not be able to access it.

In case anyone else is considering blogging in China, livejournal currently works, at least here in Xi'an. Blogger doesn't.
