Tsinghua language program application competitive?

Hi,

I want to apply for the Chinese language program at Tsinghua starting September 2010.

Is the application very competitive, or do they take anybody who applies early enough?

I'm just wondering if I better apply for several programs or if it's enough to apply for one.

By the way does anybody know when the application for September 2010 opens?

If you're a foreigner, you'll get in if you meet the deadline. It's not a competitive process.
