amazing grace Posted September 7, 2009 at 07:23 AM Report Posted September 7, 2009 at 07:23 AM Sorry if this seems like a really stupid question or if it has been answered in another thread (I can't find it) How can I use Skype on a mac whilst I am in China? I have read that you must download the client from http://skype.tom.com/ even if you have already downloaded it from skpe.com I know that there privacy issues etc. but I have nothing to hide so I'm not worried. I can only find a windows version.... Any mac users out there use other video chat/messaging programs? If so are there any you can recommend? Quote
imron Posted September 7, 2009 at 08:19 AM Report Posted September 7, 2009 at 08:19 AM Do you already have Skype on your Mac? If so there is nothing more you need to do. Regular Skype works just fine. Otherwise you should be able to download the latest version from here. Don't download Tom Skype. It has changes that allow it to log and record all text chats. Quote
