Chinese programs over Chinese university winter/summer break?

Are there any Chinese language programs, preferably intensive and preferably in China or Taiwan, running from January 20 to March 4? Are there any from July 19 to September 20 or so? I've looked but can't seem to find any that start and end within these given dates.

I thought most major universities which offer Chinese courses offer summer courses.
Yeah, but they're not really so intensive...I was looking for something more along the lines of PiB or CET.

That is a good suggestion, though -- I guess I could check out other universities' intensive courses. Anyone have any recommendations?

If you're looking for a specific set of dates, you might find that a private school is more flexible.

Anyone know if there's any other university that does what Nanjing does?

"1 week to 16 weeks, any time of the year. Training programs on holiday and at night are also available." Sweet.
