Looking for a shared apartment room from November in BJ, 2 or 3 months

Hi,

I will attend an eight week language course starting in November and am looking for a room for that period.

I know BJ only from maps and your postings, so I cannot really say in which quarter I would like to stay, but given the fact that the school is located in the West between 3th and 4th ring road, near dawangqiao station, I leave it up to you to decide if what you have to offer is within a reasonable distance . Less than one hour of transport would be great, I plan to use a bike wherever possible.

I do not have any special requirements on the apartment or the room, but high speed internet is a must, or the possibility to have one installed shortly after my arrival (which I will pay for of course)

I am german, can speak french, english and basic italian (which I'd love to practice BTW, unless there is a chinese flatmate : ).

I'd prefer to have some community life with my flatmates rather than an arrangement which is only functional, but both is ok with me.

I am male, don't smoke, 31 years old. Please don't be afraid if you are for example a student and like ten years younger, I think there would be no problem... hey, it's just 3 years that I am out of uni myself (I am writing this just because I suspect the majority of shared flats to be students')
