The Foreign Experts Bureau has also announced that all teachers must pass an "Evaluation System for Foreign Language Expert" by mid-November. "This system consists of three subsystems: resume filtration; written testing, and an online interview. The tests will comprise a general personnel evaluation psychological profile and a general knowledge test on China and other current world topics." Guangdong was among the first to introduce certain conditions and limits on teachers' ages, which is now spreading throughout China. Source: Middle Kingdom Life Quote
