Short Essay in Chinese on "Living a Good Life"

Hi Everybody!

I was assigned a project of writing an essay of 150-200 hanzi on a subject of our choosing. I've finished, and I think I like it, but I was hoping there would be somebody willing to edit . It's about 330 hanzi, oops, but I broke it up into distinct sections to allow for easy editing.

Please let me know about anything that is incorrect or maybe just doesn't flow well/ sound right, you have no idea how much I appreciate it!

如果你要過著美好的生活，要昨這四件事情。你應該有學習成績 很好，做工昨好，（有？）良好的飲食習慣，和長年堅持做運動。

第一，學校是非常重要的。在學校，你應該努力學習，不可荒廢課業。

第二，工作也是很重要的。為了工作出色，努力工作，總是為人憨直。

第三，健康長壽是最重要的。

拉級食品好吃是好吃，可是對你的身體沒有好處。於是你應該吃大多青菜和水果，比如說芥藍還是蘋果。瘦肉也對你的身體有好處，可是不如青菜。你一去吃在房管，就應該點菜別太鹹，少放油，別放味精。

最後， 除了飲食健康以外，還每天做運動會有好處，特別是戶外運動。你可以做很多運動，像跑步，網球，游泳，什麼的，都對身體有好處。

因此，如果你遵循我的忠告，你會過著美好的生活。正好，也幸虧，過著美好的生活不難。

And here's what I was trying to say:

"To Seek a Wonderful Life

If you want to live a wonderful life, you need to do four things. You should have an excellent school record, work well, have a healthy diet, and work out throughout the year.

First, school is extremely important. In school, you should study hard and never neglect any assignments.

Second, work is also very important. In order to do a good job at work, work hard and always be honest and straightforward towards others.

Third, leading a long and healthy life is most important.

Junk food is delicious, but it is bad for your health. So, you should eat a lot of vegetables and fruit, for example chinese broccoli or apples. Lean meat is also good for your health, but not as good as vegetables. When you go to eat at restaurants, you should order meals without much salt, not much oil, and no MSG.

Finally, besides having a healthy diet, exercising every day will also benefit you, especially exercising outside. You can do many exercises, like jogging, tennis, swimming, etc., all are good for your health.

Thus, if you follow my advice you will have a wonderful life. Coincidentally, and thankfully, leading a wonderful life is not difficult."

I'm a little hesitant about a few parts... the part using 於是, and 正好 are the two that I'm most doubtful about. I'd really appreciate any feedback I can get!

正好，也幸虧， strange here, 而且 maybe better

btw don't use 應該 so often. it sounds like commands. “要” OR “最好” which like suggestions are better.
