Using "會"

Hi Everybody!

I'm having trouble deciding on where to put 會 (hui4 for simplified readers ) in this sentence, if at all.

Any help would be hugely appreciated

I'm trying to say "Otherwise, when you graduate it will be hard to find a job."

要不然，你大學畢業以後，找到工作（會）很難。

Is it correct there? I'm not sure if the verb is "finding" or "to be (difficult)."

要不然，你大學畢業以後，找到工作會很難 sounds good to me. It's the entire process of 'finding a job' that is difficult, not merely 'finding'.

You could omit 會, but I think including it makes the sentence flow better, so I wouldn't necessarily do so.

Consider dropping the 到 -> 要不然，你大學畢業以後，找工作會很難。

How does the meaning change without the 到 ? Does it change the meaning from "finding" to "looking for", similar to what Daan mentions?

I think 找到 is used when the action is completed - something has (not) been found - 找到/找不到.

But if you want to find something or is finding something, 到 is not required.

Personally I think skylee's suggestion sounds more natural. Alternatively if you really don't want to drop any characters then 要不然，你大學畢業以後會很難找到工作 can be considered.
