Using "會"

Hi Everybody!

I'm having trouble deciding on where to put 會 (hui4 for simplified readers :D) in this sentence, if at all.

Any help would be hugely appreciated

I'm trying to say "Otherwise, when you graduate it will be hard to find a job."

要不然,你大學畢業以後,找到工作(會)很難。

Is it correct there? I'm not sure if the verb is "finding" or "to be (difficult)."

Thank you!

要不然,你大學畢業以後,找到工作會很難 sounds good to me. It's the entire process of 'finding a job' that is difficult, not merely 'finding'.

You could omit 會, but I think including it makes the sentence flow better, so I wouldn't necessarily do so.
