trisha2766 Posted October 9, 2009 at 08:56 PM Report Posted October 9, 2009 at 08:56 PM I have been using the NPCR books and I am starting book 3 now. While I like the series, I don't always feel like I really understand the meaning of the text. Does anyone know if there are English translations of the dialogs (and reading texts)? I did a search but couldn't find anything, but maybe I wasn't using the right search terms. Its getting a bit frustrating. I don't fully understand the grammar they are using either, but I don't think that is the whole problem. I like to avoid bugging everyone here to death by constantly asking what parts of the text mean! Quote
chinabush Posted January 31, 2011 at 11:03 AM Report Posted January 31, 2011 at 11:03 AM Still looking for this myself.. I'm glad to have no pinyin in the dialogues, but it would really help to see an English translation to check my understanding, Anyone? Quote

roddy Posted February 1, 2011 at 03:52 AM Report Posted February 1, 2011 at 03:52 AM Well it looks like there aren't any 'official' translations, or they'd be in the book (unless they're in a teacher's book?), and I'll wager you'll get as good attempts on here as you will anywhere else on the web. Plus, we're cute. Quote
Meng Lelan Posted February 1, 2011 at 04:11 AM Report Posted February 1, 2011 at 04:11 AM I have all the teachers manuals for NPCR and there are no English translations in there. In fact, all the teachers manuals are written in Chinese only! Quote
