Actually, I think the weather tends to not be a very common topic of conversation in most places in China. Why? My theory is, compared to North American weather patterns, the weather doesn't change all that much from day to day in China, and so there's not as much to talk about. But anyway, that just one person's impression.

感冒,呵呵, well, it is kind of thing we talk about fairly often during bad weather. We do not do that very often when the weather is fine. However if people see you blow your nose and sneeze all the time and look fatigued or something under fine weather, they may bring up the topic or ask you (怎么,)感冒了?or the like .
