What are you doing". A friend said its more like "What the hell are you doing". Is it intended to be a question (no question mark) or is it more a rhetorical question? Jus wanna find out whether that person was angry of what I said previously^^ thanks alot guys. Quote

Confused, humored, etc but probably not angry however there is a slight chance that he/she is pissed off and masking it through politeness. Quote
