"I have a sore tummy" = 我肚子疼! (Wǒ dùzi téng!)

我 = I or me; 肚子 = tummy or stomach; 我肚子 = my tummy; 疼 = ache, sore or hurt.

So now you've got: my tummy (我肚子) + hurts (疼)
