Hey, I missed out on playing hockey last year at my London uni but unfortunately there wasn't a team so I insisted that my next year in Beijing (This year) that I would play some

Does anyone know any clubs around the Xizhimen or BNU area, just anywhere that's not too far? I might be pulling a dead horse? (is that the expression?!!) but yeah I would like to join a team..

I don't have any of the equipment, nor have I seen any of the equipment. I just hope it's me being unattentive! I'm also quite... unfit so er .. yeah..! oh yeah and female

Is lacrosse close enough? I know someone who used to play, I can ask if she's got any ideas. There's also this. Afraid I've lived around BNU for some years, and have never seen any sign of a 曲棍 though.

Hum, I've played lacrosse once before, but I guess any sort of information on other sports would be cool too. I'd be like a total beginner.

Possible, alternatives badminton, tennis, netball? I'm not good at the last two, but I just want to play/learn. Would be cool

There's a girls lacrosse team apparently at 林业大学 - drop me an email via the contact form if you want and I'll find you someone to get in touch with. It's not that close though.

I've seen women's football being played at the pitches at BNU (as part of a gym class I think), and there are tennis and basketball courts there too.
