Chinese hackers group called "Hong Kong Blondes"

During my research of chinese hackers scene I came across a mysterious group called Hong Kong Blondes. They are suposedly hackers stationed on mainland China and heavily infiltrated into chinese goverment offices. Their leader is Blondie Wong and they had some kind of cooperation with the Cult of the Dead Cow.

Does any of you have more information about this group?
