According to some sources, 白案 and 红案 refer to cooking bread/wheat stuff and meat respectively, but I'm wondering how you would use these words in an actual sentence. My search on jukuu came up with nothing...

I often see words 白案师傅 and 红案师傅, which I think simply means cooks specialised in 面食 and 炒菜.

So you can say: 他是一个白案/红案师傅。

I'm dismayed to report that my favorite "real language disambiguator" didn't help much on this. Google Image Search let me down.
