BLCU,Qinghua,Beijing Foreign Students Activity Center

I'm applying for the Spring To BLCU and Qinghua and I was wondering what was a good place to live(I.E. prices and quality of rooms.) Also at Qinghua, BLCU or the Beijing Foreign Students Activity Center can you have guests overnight? It's important to me that my Chinese girlfriend be able to stay over on weekends. I know that Qinghua said you weren't allowed but I don't know if that is enforced. Any help would be great
