Kugoo problem

I don't live in china but I am able to download kugoo from mirror site but when I run it, I have this funny looking symbols but not chinese characters.

When I used to study in china, it was fine though. I just reformat my laptop and installed win 7 and install kugoo again but kugoo won't show the chinese characters correctly though I have changed my location to china and language to simplified chinese PRC.

So anyone can help maybe?
