Welcome/CET Beijing Chinese Language Program

Hello! 大家好！

I just joined the Chinese Forum community today after spending the morning perusing through countless threads fascinated at all the conversations covering topics across the spectrum. I'm already indebted to the forum for notifying me of the Pleco app for iPhone/iPod Touch (which is unbelievable)!

For the Spring 2010 semester, I will be studying Chinese on the CET Beijing Chinese Language program? I wanted to see if anyone else on the forum is also going to be on the program next semester? Or if there was anyone that has attended the CET Beijing Language Program?

I have two friends from school who were on the program in Fall 2008 so I have a good idea of what to expect. However, I would appreciate any other advice/information about the program that any alumni would like to share.

Finally, I will be keeping a blog about my experience on The 195, which is an aggregation of student study abroad blogs from Brandeis (where I attend) and Northwestern Universities. You can find my first post - all about my linguistic path to Chinese - here.
