Online purchases from China shops from abroad

Hi I'm thinking of buying some books from chinese online shops. My questions:

1) Do they allow foreign purchases?

2) What payment methods are accepted? Are foreign credit cards ok for online purchases? (I had the issue of 外卡 not being useable in China before)
