I am greatly relieved at the good outcome. I've been following his journey closely like a 电视剧 (TV drama.) Might be more accurate to call it a "reality show" but I don't know how to say that in Chinese yet.

Actually to me that doesn't sound realistic but ridiculously cheap - glad things worked out this way!

Not sure those are exactly what I was looking for. I was thinking along the lines of the bizarre American genre that includes productions like "Survivor Samoa."

But I just now found this in Jukuu, so perhaps it is what I was looking for after all.
