I'd like to share this with you, might be helpful for learners. Learn to pronounce individual words, master initials/finals and tones before listening to dialogues.

Files are arranged by pinyin. Quite a lot!

Wikimedia - Chinese pronunciation

Note that there are many other languages in the upper category, replace "Chinese" with another language of your choice in the URL.
