Chinese breakfast

Hmm, I was expecting that Taiwan would have a variant. It's basically radish cake broken up and fried with egg, spring onions, garlic and soy sauce. It appears to be a Teochew (Chaozhou) dish

ooh.. I think I know what this is then.. in Taiwan they actually call it 萝卜糕 (蘿蔔糕) luó​bo​gāo.. but maybe I'm wrong. It's a kind of glutenous cake made from radishes of one or other description, and it's fried. We had it the other night for Chinese New Year and it's loooouuurrvveellyy!! :mrgreen:
