Short term storage in Beijing - any tips?

Hello gang

Does anyone have any experience or suggestions on medium-term (4-5 months) storage options in Beijing for household effects (furniture and stuff)?

I'm going to move out at the end of this lease, take a long holiday, and find somewhere new to live when I get back.

I've searched here on the forum with little luck so I wondered if someone had any recommendations.

Yes, I have looked elsewhere on-line! But I thought someone may have a direct experience, which is always best.

I think a common course of action is to find a cheap 地下室 somewhere - maybe local, but the further out you go the cheaper it'll get. Not sure if there are any self-storage type places yet.
