What do these symbols mean?

The quality isn't great, but I think that's 氣壯山阿? Suppose that would have to be 氣壯山河 though. What does everyone else think?

Thanks, Hofmann. So, watwat, we think it's probably meant to say 氣壯山河 qìzhuàngshānhé 'magnificent / inspiring', although one of the characters there isn't completely correct :)

It's not what it's meant to say, it is what it does say. It's just that the characters are slightly cursive (行書, "running script").

Handwriting isn't my strongest point, but to me the last character looks distinctly like 阿 rather than 河, even allowing for this being 行書. That's why I put it that way, but if you think this is a valid way to write 河 in running script, I'll gladly stand corrected.
