Is it possible to apply for Wushu through CSC scolarship?

Hi! Just like the title says, is it possible to apply for Wushu? I would like to apply for a non-degree for 2 years of study... In the site, it says that if you apply for general scholar you need to have done at least 2 years of undergraduate study - but, can I still apply if I haven't done the 2 years of undergraduate study?

Another problem is that i've planned on going to Beijing Sports University, but it seems that I need to give 3 choices of institutions. Any ideas as for other 2 institutions that offers Wushu courses? I can't seem to find any.

Please reply fast because I have to submit the application form in about a week. :(
