Wall hanging translation (缘 and something)

A friend asked me to (try to) translate this wall hanging inscription.

It is of course calligraphed, but not too much so I could recognose some characters.

Now I managed to identifythe big hanzi on top as 缘

And I also recognised 天 言 and 合

However I am unable to find in a dictionary the last one on the bottom-right, and tho whole left column.

The one on the bottom right I tought the radical might be 人 but can't find anything that looks like that under 人 :wall

Can someone identify those characters?

谢谢你们

丁亥年 probably means 2007.

The most recent 丁亥年 = 2007, but 丁亥年 = every 60 years before or after 2007. If it wasn't written recently then it could be 1947 or older? like I said above.

Still can't see the calligrapher's "signature", otherwise, we could get the exact year.

Nobody would write 作 like that in 1947 or earlier. This was written in 2007, as character proficiency has declined to a low point in the last 50 years or so.
