my sister is in US now

she want me to go to US if i can

Do you want an English name whose meaning is related to your Chinese name? If so, please post the characters for your name.

I guess xiao = not big = 小. right?

Tong can be a lot of things. How about Tony? Tony Hu sounds ok.

But if you want to "make" a name, you need to give us more information. And I doubt if it is a good idea.
