I signed up with Beijing Sailing Center last year, it cost 5.000RMB to all you can sail all year。 You can take friends on your dingie - they dont have anything bigger - and they pay 150RMB/day. The charges for one day sailing only are pretty high though.

Its in Qinhuangdao, makes a very good weekend out of Beijing. You can drive there (2.5hours) or take a train (2h from Beijing Station, during season buy tickets well in advance, as the train also goes to Bei Dai He, which is very popular during the summer). Qin Huang Dao is China's largest Coal Port, so its not the most romantic of ports, but Bei Dai He is only 20 minutes by taxi (a lot of Russians there).

Use the hotels they recommend, better and cheaper what you find by yourself (we tried!).

I guess I will sign up again this year, but have to first check how they are doing their pricing ;)
