"I don't care" and "I care"

If "suibian" is "I don't care", would "I care" be "bu suibian"?

Perhaps I should use "wo zaihu" for "I care", right?

For example, if someone says, "Would you really care if I stole your money.", can a person answer, "Wo bu suibian"?

Would you really care if I stole your money.

如果我偷了你的钱,你真的会在乎吗?

我不在乎。

Would you really mind if I stole your money.

如果我偷了你的钱,你真的会介意吗?

我不介意。

suibian 随便 is whatever/whatever you like

bu suibian is wrong.

You probably already know this, but 无所谓 (wusuowei) is pretty useful for 'I don't mind', also for something that doesn't matter. Like you could go to this shop or another shop -it doesn't matter.
