Phone call snippet translation please

Could someone tell me what is said in the mp3 linked below, and what it means.

Context:

wo3: "wo3 zhen1 xi3 huan1 ni3"

ta1: "xie4 xie"

wo3: "bu2 ke4 qi"

ta1: (in a much softer voice, almost whispered) "hen(?) fei(?)"

It sounds like "hen fei" to me but I can't find anything in the talking dictionary website that fits, context-wise.

That audio file sounds like static to me. Are you sure it's the right one? Perhaps someone with a better ear for Chinese will be able to make sense out of that, but not me.

I've had to use a sound file editor to boost the volume of those 2 words by a significant factor to be able to distinguish them from the ambient background noise, hence the poor quality of the clip.

I think you need to invest in some better bugging equipment, I can't hear anything except perhaps a throat being cleared.
