This won't make much of a difference domestically, but it's a game-changer for anyone who's trying to sell anything from overseas to Chinese consumers. Could also be handy for anyone who's working here and wants to spend that money overseas - in fact, you may just be able to shift money overseas by sending yourself a Paypal payment. Would be an expensive way to do it though.
