Any moving company?

Does anyone know of a moving company that will move a family's stuff from south Hunan to Qinghai province?

Do they have a good reputation? Any idea of the cost?

Any ideas on what's the best method to move stuff...mostly boxes (lots and lots of boxes) and maybe some furniture (truck, yes; train, no).
