Rent (v) = chūzū?

If I wanted to say "I'm renting this parking spot" would the correct verb be chūzū? ie; wǒ zài chūzū zhège chēwèi. Additionally- is that the correct sentence structure and grammar?

edit; BTW- Lest I appear lazy, let me state that I ask this only because I found too many entries for "rent" here.

No. chuzu means to rent out. if you want to rent something from someone, you "zu" it.

For "I'm renting this parking spot", you could say "wo xiang (want to) zu zhege chewei" or "wo yao (intend/want to) zu zhege chewei".

PS - I've dropped the tone marks as I don't usually write in pinyin (but I guess that you might prefer pinyin to characters at the moment).

借 jie4 means to borrow from or lend to. Examples:

1. 我借你一本書. I lend a book to you.

2. 我跟你借一本書. I borrow a book from you.
