I tried to search whether this has been mentioned or not..but couldn't find ..hm..i'm looking for 汉英/英汉 online dictionary or translator..but couldn't find any..anyone know??

The online dictionary I find the most useful and helpful is http://www.zhongwen.com/ (uses traditional characters, but will also display their simplified equivalents). You can also find other resources at http://www.mandarintools.com/.
