Hello, everyone. I'm a new member-I learned Chinese a few months, but in frustrating situation and needs someone's help desperately.

A 0-feedbak ebayer in mainland China left a negative feedback on my ebay profile by mistake when she asked a SHIPPING QUESTION. She probably doens't speack English, and I need to explain what happened and what she needs to do. Could someone translate the following into Chinese ASAP and if possible how to pronunciate them? I'm a bit desperate on this because ebay says they can't remove the negative feedback. Here are some sentences.

1. You left a negative feedback by mistake when you asked me a shipping question.

2. You only leave a negative feedback when you are not satisfied with a transaction.

3. I sent an email to remove the negative feedback. The title reads "A seller requests that you revise the original Feedback you left."

4. Please click "Accept Request" button on the top. Thank you very much.

I really appreciate your help. God bless.

1. You left a negative feedback by mistake when you asked me a shipping question.

2. You only leave a negative feedback when you are not satisfied with a transaction.

yinggai zhiyou dang nin bu manyi zhe bi jiaoyi de shihou, nin cai keyi gei chu fumian pingjia.

3. I sent an email to remove the negative feedback. The title reads "A seller requests that you revise the original Feedback you left."

wo yijing fa le dianzhi youjian yaoqiu shanchu zhe ge fumian pingjia. biaoti shi : maifang qing qiu nin xiugai nin liuxia de zuichu yuanshi pingjia

4. Please click "Accept Request" button on the top. Thank you very much.

qing dianji zui shangfang de" jieshou qingjiu" an niu, feichang ganxie

1. You left a negative feedback by mistake when you asked me a shipping question.

nin2 xun2wen4 wo3 you2ji4 shi4yi2 shi2 wu2liu2 xia4 le3 yi1tiao2 fu4mian4 ping2jia4.

By mistake is very important and cannot be omitted.

2. You only leave a negative feedback when you are not satisfied with a transaction.

zhi3you3 nin2 bu4man3yi4 mou3 bi3 jiao1yi4 shi2, cai2 ke3 gei3chu1 fu4mian4 ping2jia4.

应该 should have been abandoned because there is nothing 应该 in the original sentence.

I also rephrased the two translations in view of the way authentic Chinese is.

PS:

3. I sent an email to remove the negative feedback. The title reads "A seller requests that you revise the original Feedback you left."

OMG. You guys are such nice people-I actually didn't expect someone would go this extra mile to help me on this because it looked too personal! You don't know how much I appreciate this, and how much this would save me. This was just a mistake, and I really needed to explain to her by phone and email.

Well, I've decide to start learning Chinese again (I learned about 6 months and quit, 2 years ago^^), inspired by this incident^^

I may post another reply if I have additional question after I study the above replies. Once again thank you so much and have a great day.

I would include the necessary English, like this:

A seller requests that you revise the original Feedback you left."(”卖方请求您修改您的最初评价")。

This because the title of the email and the button are in fact in English, this way she can recognize them when they show up in her inbox.

OK. Guys. I'll tell you how it was going. I bravely called her, and her mom got my call. She had no idea what I was talking about, and I had no idea what she was talking about. Only word I could understand was "Ta Shangbanre"-one of only a few sentences I could still remember:)

Well, we spoke for about a few minutes without understanding each other's language...... then only thing I could say was "Ta shangbanma? Ta shangbanma?" "OK. Bye Bye.." Surprisingly, she understood it and replied me by saying "Bye Bye..."

I guess she is such a nice person because she tried to understand me and didn't hang up the phone until I say Bye Bye-I would have hang up the phone if someone speaks a different language on the phone:)

Anyways, her daughter finally understood everything and revised the feedback. Thank God.. She was a pretty nice person, too-this was totally a mistake.

Once again, I thank you for all your help. And Good luck to all of you. God bless.

Jean
