MDGB.net Performance Issues

Hi,

Does anyone know why mdbg.net has slowed to a crawl in the last few weeks (other than high usage)?

I am in China and can't figure out if this is a Great Firewall of China issue or something with the MDBG.net website. I know they recently changed their server farm...

If it's the former, has anyone seen improved performance by using a VPN?

No access or speed issues from Kunming, with or without VPN.
