The search results for 奶油 show that a) the info from the two websites is not identical; b) 黃油 is not listed on either website as an alternative name AT ALL.

I recently learnt from Chinese engineers that they use 砼as substitute for混凝土。So instead of saying 混凝土基础they would say砼（Tong）基础。

Also I have two to contribute but not really good ones:

lesbian - 同性恋、同志、蕾丝

gay - 同性恋、同志、短袖、龙阳、基、基佬

Why there are more ways to express gay than lesbian?

砼 is completely new to me. I guess the name has to do with the meaning 人工石 and the pronunciation of 仝. I am glad to learn a new word.

砼 can be found in 現代漢語詞典, but not in Taiwan's 教育部國語辭典.

自動鉛筆 is another common word for mechanical pencil. By the way in Australia it's commonly known as a pacer, based on the trademark.

Fried egg - 荷包蛋 (over, and in general)。煎荷包蛋。煎蛋。太陽蛋 (sunny-side up)。

At breakfast this morning the waiter kept asking people if they wanted 太陽蛋 or 炒蛋 (scrambled egg)， and 太陽蛋 sounded so odd. Anyway.

Pleco says 荷包蛋 is poached egg, which I think is quite wrong.

When I want it turned over, I say 双面。 In the US, I order "over easy" which means to just fry it a little bit on the second side. Don't know how to say that here. Suggestions?
