Recently, we organized a dinner at a Hunan restaurant and had approximately 50 guests come.

Now, we are interested in trying your restaurant's authentic Anhui dishes.

-- 我们虽宁愿预订5月15日，但可以看情况。

So, can someone edit that into something reasonable? Or just wholesale translate the first bit. I'd be grateful.

中译英，英文要地道。英译中，中文同样要地道，要符合中国人说话作文的习惯。当然，我所说的中国人要除开一些时髦的中国人，因为他们会把“面露悦色”写成“表现出喜悦的神态”。

A translator must use authentic Chinese to translate from English or other languages. A Chinese translation must be in compliance of the way we speak and write.
